The love story in four beats
Every video follows the same arc, because the arc is the point: a few seconds of dread, then a choice, then the memory of why the choice was impossible.
1. The one who turned
An abandoned cabin. The person you picked as the zombie walks in — pale skin, clouded eyes, dusty clothes, but still their own face, hair and outfit.
2. The gun that never fires
The other person raises a pistol — and can’t pull the trigger on someone they love.
3. The hug
The gun goes down and the two of them hold each other. There is no blood and no attack — this is the turn the whole story is built on.
4. The memory
At the moment of the hug the video hard-cuts to a warm, golden memory of the same two people, in the same clothes, as they were before.
The cut to the memory is what turns a zombie clip into a love story. The memory keeps both faces and the clothes from your photos, so it reads as your past, not a stock flashback.
Two photos, two roles: who turns into the zombie?
- Photo 1 and Photo 2 — one adult per photo, face clearly visible. Half-body shots and everyday selfies both work.
- The zombie — you mark which photo turns. That person keeps their face, hair and outfit under the zombie look.
- The one with the gun — the other photo. This is the person who can’t shoot, so the story is told from their side.
- Check before you pay — pick the roles before the free preview; the preview shows both faces in the scene, so you see the casting before buying the full video.
A simple rule of thumb: the zombie is whoever the post is “about.” Making it for your partner? Let them be the one you could never shoot.
Sound: ambience and piano
Videos come with sound by default: AI-generated ambience and a soft piano score. There is no dialogue and no copyrighted music, so you can post it as it is or swap in a trending sound on TikTok or Reels.
Who to make a zombie love story for
Your partner
The original version of the trend: one of you is the zombie, the other can’t shoot. Make it for an anniversary, a long-distance check-in, or just to send with “I’d never be able to do it either.”
A best friend
The love story does not have to be romantic. Two friends, two roommates or two teammates work the same way, and the hug lands just as hard.
Family
Siblings, or parents and grandparents who have been together for decades — with their permission, one photo of each. The long-married version is the one people forward to the whole family chat.
Only use photos of adults (18+) who agreed to it — no children, celebrities or public figures — and label the video as AI-generated when you share it.

FAQ
- What is a zombie love story video?
- A short vertical video in four beats: one person has turned into a zombie, the other aims a gun but can’t shoot, they hug, and the hug hard-cuts to a warm memory of the two of them. This generator makes it from one photo of each person.
- Which of us becomes the zombie?
- You decide. After uploading, mark Photo 1 or Photo 2 as the zombie; the other person holds the gun. You can change it before you get your free preview. Want both endings? The 3-video pack covers one each way, plus a spare.
- Does the memory at the end use our real photos?
- It uses your faces and outfits from the two photos, re-created by AI in a golden, sunlit scene. It is not a slideshow of your photo albums, and the setting of the memory is generated, not taken from your pictures.
- Does the zombie love story have music?
- Yes. Every video comes with AI-generated ambient sound and a soft piano score, with no dialogue and no copyrighted music. You can still replace it with any sound on TikTok or Reels.
- Can I make one with my dog or cat?
- Not yet. The generator currently makes the story for two adults. A pet version is being tested and will launch on this site if it passes.
- How long does it take and what does it cost?
- The watermarked preview is free (two a day) and takes about one to two minutes. The full 12-second video without a watermark usually arrives five to ten minutes after a one-time payment, and the link is emailed to you. No subscription; a failed video refunds its credit.
